It's so nice to meet you!

I'm Danielle Nichols

Growing up, I have always had a love for flowers. From picking them off bushes to put into my hair in the summers, to forever wearing floral patterned skirts and dresses, blooms have been something that I have naturally gravitated towards. In college, I was with my now fiancé driving through the town we grew up in, going to our local farmers market. While passing a little floral shop, I said to him “I would absolutely love to do that”. Cliché, right? I started small with reading floral design books and picking up blooms at the nearest Trader Joe's, then I got the opportunity to assist with an amazing local Atlanta wedding floral designer and that is where my true love for event floral design began.

So, what does Hunter Shea stand for, exactly? Hunter Shea is named after my two lovely older sisters. I have grown up wanting to be just like them (what baby sister doesn’t?!) and have been so inspired by them and their styles in both my personal life and while designing.
